Maria has been providing Psychotherapy services since 2016 and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Saint Paul University and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carleton University. Maria uses a strengths-based approach to therapy that incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
